I started Barre with Nat a few months ago and I love it. It moves my body in a totally different way and after just a couple of weeks I was feeling the benefits. No tutu’s needed it’s all about movement and building strength mixed in with lots of fun, laughter, great music tracks and lovely company. Everyone is supportive and friendly and Nat works us all brilliantly considering the pace and ability of us all. A great class with lovely people.. Give it a go!

Having not exercised for a long time due to a back problem. I was told about Natalie. I decided to start both Pilates and Barre. Nat is both Motivational and Encouraging. She ensures my technique is correct to avoid injuries. Her classes are friendly and fun. Having only been doing Nat's classes a couple of months, I now feel much stronger and confident in myself. I look forward to her classes and have regained my love of exercise again.

Natalie’s classes are friendly, well thought out and exceptionally well delivered. Each move/routine is well explained and comes with various alternatives for working at a level that suits your ability. These classes are a life saver in a strange and confusing world, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
